XPorner respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). XPorner is an index of videos hosted by third parties — we do not host any video content on our servers.

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe that content linked to or indexed by XPorner infringes your copyright, send a written notification to contact@xporner.appcontaining:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the URL of the page on XPorner.
• Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove the indexed entry promptly. Because videos stream from third-party providers, the underlying content must be removed by the hosting provider — we will forward relevant information where possible.
